On the 16th January 2018 my family welcomed #6 child, Anaïs, into the world.
The birth of a child is always a source of inspiration and anxiety that after 6 such journeys, if anything, becomes even more emotional and angst riven.
It was however, after Anais was just born that I looked at her mother holding her, hand resting on the head of our precious daughter for the first time, and again, even though I had seen this moment 5 times previously, it was a revelation: Mother’s first touch is one of the most special and beautiful moments that life can present.
Life and love come together in one extraordinary moment.
